The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Sabatur Pro Audio" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions. Sabatur Pro Audio. of NH.
Sabatur Pro Audio is owned and operated by Sabatur Records LLC located in Central NH. Our "Terms and Conditions" Policy is listed below but please don't hesitate to contact us with any question you may have in regards to shipping, billing, payment, etc...
Warranty:
Sabatur Pro Audio offers a 30 day money back guarrantee for all NEW items. If you are not satisfied with the product (other than shipping damage) you purchased, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your payment unless you specify otherwise (store credit, exchange, etc...). Your business is important to us and we will do anything in our power to make your experience stress free and want to come back for more. Repeat customers is our primary goal.
All New items come with full factory warranty and are covered through the manufacturer. Once you receive your item. you should register it (if qualified) with the Manufacturer in order to secure the warranty. In the event you receive a defective New item, you must contact us as soon as possible in order to start the return procedure. We will issue a full refund (if deemed defective by manufacturer) unless specified that you would like a replacement. SPA will issue a Return Authorization in which the item will be returned. Failure to contact us to secure the Return Authorization will result in delayed refund and possible 10% restocking fee.
Damaged items due to shipping- Shipping insurance is supplied when the item is shipped through the carrier. In the event of damage due to shipping, the customer must file a complaint with the carrier that delivered the item. It is best to file the complaint with the driver before signing for the item.
Defective items- if you feel that the item you received is defective (not due to shipping) please contact us immediately. We will go through the process of a return authorization. The item will then be shipped back to the manufacturer for inspection. If the item is deemed defective, a full refund will be issued. If the item is not deemed defective and works properly, a refund will be issued less all shipping charges incurred by SPA and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted.
Returned items for any other reason than "damaged or defective" will result in a 10% restock fee and any and all shipping charges will not be refunded.
Used items are sold as is but we will not sell a defective item no matter what. Any used, manufactured 2nd, or repaired item is fully inspected and tested prior to adding to our inventory. Any item that does not pass the inspection and/or test are returned to our supplier.
Shipping:
Shipping calculations are determined from Laconia NH departure. Most of our products come directly from our Distributors and locations may vary. We offer UPS and FedEx shipping options based on our distributors location and/or account information.
Payment Terms:
We offer numerous choices for payment. We give you the option to purchase completely and securely online with a credit card, you can call us directly and place a credit card order over the phone, or you can simply email us with your order and send payment through the mail. We will accept money orders, personal checks, etc... If you choose to mail your order in, please email us directly prior in order to complete all necessary information.
